The Fourth Judicial District is comprised of 30 counties, all of which participated in the Appellate Prosecutor's program during FY07.

During FY07, the Fourth District Office filed 561 original briefs, 5 supplemental briefs, 16 reply briefs, 26 confessions of error, 4 petitions for rehearing, and 5 petitions for leave to appeal. In addition, 3 cases were dismissed/consolidated, 61 oral arguments were presented, and advice was rendered to State's Attorneys on 133 occasions.
