The Office of the Winnebago County State’s Attorney is hiring Assistant State’s Attorneys in its Civil Bureau. As an Assistant State’s Attorney, you will: 1. provide legal support to departments within Winnebago County; 2. never be bored as the issues encountered are novel and varied; and 3. work in a collegial, supportive environment where every door is always open. Qualified candidates will have a law degree, be trustworthy, and live the Office’s mission: to seek justice. Alternative schedules, including part time, may be allowable for the right candidate.
