    knowingly obtained, by threat, control over the property of John O'Brien, being one 2002 green Widget, having a total value in excess of $300.00, intending to deprive John O'Brien permanently of the use of said property, in that he stated to John O'Brien that he would punch him in the nose unless the 1999 green Widget was turned over to him immediately.
