Title: Assistant State's Attorney (two open positions)

Summary:

The McDonough County State’s Attorney’s Office (Macomb) currently has two Assistant State’s Attorney positions open. Experience with criminal law is preferred but not required as we will train. Both positions will involve working with virtually all aspects of criminal law (i.e. Traffic, Misdemeanor, Felony, Juvenile, etc.) as we are a small office but currently have a high volume of cases.

If you are a new attorney looking for experience or a more experienced attorney looking to jump right in and start handling serious cases this job is for you. Salary range is $70-$80K, paid time off and sick days, free health insurance provided by the county, and IMRF and other benefits are included.
